Privacy notice

TradeFollowup is a service operated by Highrise Elite. This notice describes what the website actually does today. It is not a claim of any compliance certification.

What we collect

From the pilot application: name, work email, company, optional website and business phone, service region, call-volume range, a description of your intake problem, your callback and marketing choices (both off by default), the page source/UTM parameters, referrer and submission time. To limit spam we store a one-way salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

The intake demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional data and stores nothing.

How we use it

To review pilot fit and reply to you. When you submit an application, a short summary of it is emailed to the TradeFollowup owner through our email provider, Resend, for follow-up. We only send marketing updates if you opted in. We don't sell your information.

Retention and deletion

Applications are kept until an administrator deletes them or you ask us to. We aim to delete declined or inactive applications within 12 months. Email reggie@highriseelite.com to request access or deletion. Deleting an application with no billing history removes it and its owner-alert record from our database; owner-alert emails already sent must be removed separately from the owner's mailbox. If you became a customer, related billing, subscription and transaction records are retained for payment reconciliation and handling obligations.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Lovable infrastructure. If you become a customer, invoices and payments are handled by Square on Square-hosted payment pages (we never see card numbers; we store only Square customer, invoice and payment identifiers and amounts), and call audio/transcripts may be processed by our voice provider under your agreed configuration, including your recording and consent requirements.
