Service terms
These summary terms describe the TradeFollowup founding pilot offered by Highrise Elite. A written order confirmation will accompany any purchase.
What you buy
- Configuration of AI overflow/after-hours call intake for one business location, one inbound number and one escalation contact.
- An intake script, service-area and urgent-routing rules, email callback summaries and supervised launch testing.
- 300 connected AI minutes per month.
Pricing
- $750 one-time setup, charged after fit review.
- $499/month, starting only after activation and your agreement to monthly billing. Month-to-month; cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges.
- Monthly invoices are paid on Square's secure hosted page. When you pay, Square may ask you to authorize saving your card and future $499 monthly charges. That authorization is given by you on Square's page; we never enter or authorize a card for you.
- Additional minutes $0.35/min only if you enable an agreed cap; usage never exceeds the cap. Without a cap, calls beyond included minutes are flagged for human handling.
Activation and refunds
Setup begins after fit review, payment and completed onboarding. Our activation target is 3 business days after we receive all required access and configuration — a target, not a guarantee. If we cannot activate within 7 business days after all required inputs, we refund the setup fee.
Limits
- The assistant discloses it is AI. It is not a live human operator and does not provide 24/7 human support.
- It does not book jobs, dispatch technicians, diagnose repairs or give safety advice.
- Urgent hazards route to your agreed human escalation path. Callers in immediate danger are directed to emergency services (911).
- No results, revenue or ROI are promised. Integrations with other systems are not included unless separately verified and agreed.
- You are responsible for confirming call recording and consent requirements that apply to your business; we configure disclosures accordingly.
